First Time Client Evaluations

Please plan to arrive early, so we can meet you and your dog, and discuss your expectations and goals for your them. The first session can last up to an hour and will consist of a physical evaluation as well as an assisted swim.

At the evaluation we will provide you with our Client Profile, Policies & Procedures and Release of Liability forms. Please fill, complete and sign all forms by the end of your evaluation.

Factors that determine pool time include:

  • Arrival time
  • The time it takes to get your dog in the pool
  • Drying time
  • Pool cleanup between sessions

Do not feed your dog for at least 6 hours prior to your appointment or 10 to 12 hours if your dog has bowel control problems. You must and please let us know if your dog has bowel control problems.

Fecal accidents in the pool are a very rare occurrence. If one occurs, a $150 charge may be assessed to partially cover the cost of cleanup. Session fees are non-refundable. If we know ahead of time your dog may have bowel control problems, we can take appropriate measures to prevent an accident in the pool.

Scheduling

All services are by appointment only.

Plan on arriving at least 10 minutes before your appointment begins to allow time to potty your dog. If you are late for your appointment, your session will be shortened accordingly.

Cancellations

Should you need to change or cancel your appointment, please allow a 12-hour advance notice otherwise we reserve the right to charge for 50% of the services scheduled. If you do not call ahead of time or show up for your appointment, you will be charged for the full amount of the session.

Payment Types

We accept all major credit cards, cash, personal checks and multiple cash apps as forms of payment.
