Scheduling

All services are private and by appointment only.

To schedule an appointment, click the link above to be directed to our booking page. Please make sure to read over our policies below before booking.

On the day of your appointment, please plan on arriving at least 10 minutes before your appointment begins to allow time to potty your dog before they enter the pool. If you are late for your appointment, your session will be shortened accordingly. Please do not enter into the pool facility until your scheduled appointment time to keep all dogs safe and secured.

Rescheduling/Cancellations

Please allow 24 hour advanced notice. 50% of scheduled service will be collected for these cancellations/reschedulings.

Appointments cancelled outside of 24 hours will not be refunded. No shows will also be charged the full amount of the session.

There is a three time cancellation limit here at Dip’n Dogs. If you exceed this limit, you will no longer be able to book with us. Last minute cancellations performed by Dip’n Dogs may occur due to inclement weather-we will reach out if cancellation of your appointment is necessary.

Clients will not be charged for weather-based cancellations. If your appointment needs to be rescheduled due to inclement weather we will apply this payment to your rescheduled appointment or refund you.

Payments

We require payment at time of booking to secure your appointment slot. You will be prompted to pay when making a reservation.

Additional Info

Please do not feed your dog at least 5 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid Bloat/GDV. If your dog has bowel control problems, please do not feed your dog at least 10-12 hours before their scheduled swim time. Fees apply for fecal accidents in the pool.

There are no public restrooms at our swim facility.

When parking, please do not block any driveways or park on any grass/lawns. Vehicles illegally parked will be subjected to towing.
