  • What hours do you provide services?

    Dog Sitting & Vacation Drop-in hours are M-F 7am-10pm.

    Dog walking & Let-Out service hours are M-F 9am-5pm.

    Dog Concierge services are available M-F from 8am-6pm.

  • Do you always visit at time we ask for?

    We make every effort to visit your dogs during the time you prefer, however, we ask clients to allow an hour window before and after your preferred time (creating a two hour window) for unanticipated delays such as a rare medical emergency or traffic issue.

  • If my dog has an accident will you clean it up?

    Yes, we will clean up after your pets to the best of our ability. Please let us know if your dog is sick or has bowel issues or incontinence. We will do a walk through to check for accidents. If you do not make us aware of bowel control issues you may be charged accordingly for clean-ups.

  • What information do I need to provide at the initial consultation/Meet and Greet?

    We ask that you provide us with as much information as your can about your pets. This will ensure your dogs needs and your expectations will be fully met. We do ask that your pets are up to date on vaccinations (unless otherwise agreed/discussed). We will also need an emergency contact, entry access and any security codes necessary.

  • Do you offer any sort of satisfaction guarantee?

    Yes! We will guarantee it every time. If you are not 100% satisfied with the service that was provided, we will be happy to address your concerns. We believe in lasting client relationships, so our service is only complete when you return home and are completely satisfied.

  • What species of animals do you care for?

    Our services cater to dogs only. If you have a cat, arrangements can be made.

  • What happens if there is severe weather?

    Your dogs health and well-being is our utmost concern and we will contact you as soon as possible to keep you informed of these events. This is pertaining to severe storms, and lightning. We do not walk in heavy rain or lightning- we will however make sure your dog relieves themselves outside and keep them company for the remainder of the visit inside.

  • Do you send updates or let me know how my dog is doing during visits?

    Yes, absolutely. We are available via text, phone call, email or any texting app you may need. We will send you pictures and a summary of how your dogs visit went and any details you request. We are 100% transparent and available for contact during our service hours.

  • What are your scheduling and cancellation policies?

    All Meet & Greets & Dog Services are by appointment only. Please do your best to request your service 12 hours prior-OR you can request the service the morning of, but we may or may not be able to fulfill your request. However, we will do our absolute best to accommodate you!

    Should you need to change or cancel your dog service completely, please allow a 12-hour advance notice otherwise we reserve the right to charge for 50% of the services scheduled.

  • What is your privacy policy?

    Walk’n Dogs LLC will safeguard the confidentiality and security of the information we obtain from you. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect for the purpose of your pet’s visits and to process your credit card transactions. This notice describes our privacy policy as it relates to the collection, protection, and disclosure of such information resulting from credit card transactions and client registrations and profiles.

    The credit card information provided by you to Walk’n Dogs will be stored in a confidential manner.
